Guide for Authors

Everything you need to know to prepare and submit your manuscript to our hosted journals.

1. Submission Process

Manuscripts must be submitted through the platform’s online submission system. Before submitting, authors are required to check off their compliance with the following:

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word or RTF document file format.
  • Authors must register an account, complete all required metadata fields, and upload all supplementary files.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined below.

2. Manuscript Preparation

Authors should ensure manuscripts include clear, concise language and follow this typical academic structure:

  • Title & Abstract
  • Keywords
  • Introduction
  • Methodology
  • Results & Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • References
  • Funding Acknowledgments

3. Formatting Requirements

To ensure a smooth process, please adhere to these standard rules:

Abstract: Maximum of 250 words, summarizing research objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Text Style: Single-spaced, 12-point font, using italics rather than underlining.
  • Citations: Consistent use of APA or MLA styles (check the specific journal’s home page for preference).
  • Labels: Ensure proper figure and table labeling with references provided where available.

4. Ethical Requirements

Authors must uphold the highest standards of integrity:

  • Originality: Avoid plagiarism and self-plagiarism.
  • Disclosures: Clearly disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
  • Approvals: Ensure ethical approval for research involving humans or animals.
  • Metadata: We encourage providing ORCID iDs to ensure correct work attribution.

5. Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo rigorous peer review. During this phase, authors should:

  • Respond promptly to reviewer and editor comments.
  • Revise manuscripts thoroughly as required.
  • Maintain professionalism and transparency in all communications.

7. Post-Acceptance & Corrections

Following a successful acceptance decision:

  • Production: Manuscripts undergo copyediting and professional formatting.
  • Review: Authors must review final proofs before the article goes live.
  • Corrections: Authors may request post-publication corrections for significant errors via formal notices.
