3. User Roles

Users of the platform may include, but are not limited to:

  • Journal Owners / Publishers
  • Editors and Editorial Board Members
  • Authors and Contributors
  • Reviewers
  • General Visitors

Each user is responsible for activities performed under their account.

4. Account Registration and Security

Users may be required to create accounts to access certain features. You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
Important: We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised accounts due to user negligence.

5. Journal Hosting and Responsibilities

5.1 Journal Owners

Journal owners are responsible for maintaining academic and ethical standards, managing editorial processes, and ensuring content quality.

5.2 Platform Role

World Scholars Archives provides hosting infrastructure but does not assume responsibility for editorial decisions, content accuracy, or peer review outcomes.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Authors retain ownership of their work unless otherwise stated by the journal’s policy.

6.2 License

By submitting content, users grant the platform a non-exclusive license to host and distribute the work for publication purposes.

6.3 Prohibited Content:

Users must not publish content that:

  • Violates copyright or intellectual property rights
  • Contains plagiarism or fraudulent data
  • Is unlawful, harmful, or misleading
Note: We reserve the right to remove such content without notice.

7. Fees and Payments

Certain services require payment, including journal hosting plans. Fees are disclosed prior to purchase and are generally non-refundable. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

World Scholars Archives shall not be liable for loss of data, publication delays, editorial disputes, or indirect damages. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access; however, we do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Immediate resolution of technical issues
Note: Maintenance and upgrades may cause temporary interruptions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • Payment obligations are not met
Note: Users may also discontinue use at any time.

11. Indemnification
