This Journal Hosting Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between World Scholars Archives (“the Platform”) and the subscribing journal, institution, or publisher (“the Client”).

The Client acknowledges that they are the primary administrators of their journal and agree to:
The Client retains full and exclusive control over editorial decisions, peer review processes, and content selection. The Platform serves strictly as a technical provider and does not interfere with editorial judgment.
Services are provided based on the selected pricing plan. Fees must be paid in advance. Non-payment may result in the temporary suspension or termination of hosting services. All payments are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in writing.
While the Platform makes every reasonable effort to ensure maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to the nature of web hosting.
The Client retains 100% ownership of all journal content. The Platform is granted a limited right to host and display this content for publication purposes.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. The Platform reserves the right to terminate services if terms are violated, fees remain unpaid, or unethical publishing practices are detected.
The Platform shall not be held liable for loss of data, publication delays, or disputes arising from editorial decisions made by the Client.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform against any legal claims arising from published content or misuse of the platform infrastructure.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of our hosting services constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws in the jurisdiction of the Platform's operations (Nigeria).
By subscribing to our services and accessing the OJS dashboard, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
World Scholars Archives provides the infrastructure; the Client retains responsibility for content and editorial integrity.
